Every property decision has a moment when the brochure, the drawing or the first viewing stops being enough. The most useful questions are usually not about a single rule. They are about how a place will hold the rhythm of a real day.

Begin with orientation and arrival. Notice where you enter, what you meet first and whether the route into the home or space feels clear. Then look at the plan as a sequence instead of a collection of rooms: where do you gather, rest, prepare, work and transition?

The point of a thoughtful review is not to reduce a place to a pass-or-fail checklist. It is to understand what is fixed, what can be shaped and which decisions are worth making early. That is where the greatest clarity tends to live.
